01 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to FIGHTS.IO ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at fights.io, downloading or using our mobile application, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FIGHTS.IO, governing your access to and use of our fight prediction and analysis platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.

02 Description of Service

FIGHTS.IO is a fight prediction, analysis, and community platform that provides:

• A platform to make predictions on upcoming MMA and boxing fights, including predicted winner, method of victory, and round
• Community and social features including user profiles, following other users, reacting to picks, and sharing predictions
• Aggregated betting odds sourced from various third-party bookmakers, displayed for informational and educational purposes only
• AI-generated predictions from multiple third-party AI models, presented for entertainment and informational purposes only
• Leaderboards, user rankings, performance statistics, and historical prediction tracking
• Links to third-party bookmaker websites, some of which may be affiliate links through which FIGHTS.IO may earn compensation
• Notifications regarding fight events, prediction outcomes, and social interactions

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

03 Important Disclaimers

Not a Gambling or Betting Service

FIGHTS.IO IS NOT A GAMBLING, BETTING, OR WAGERING PLATFORM. We do not accept, process, hold, or facilitate any real-money wagers, bets, or stakes of any kind. No money, cryptocurrency, or anything of value is wagered through our platform. Our prediction system is entirely free-to-play and uses no real currency.

We display betting odds from third-party sources solely for informational and educational purposes. The display of such odds does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to place any wager. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any gambling operators, bookmakers, or betting exchanges, except as specifically disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure section.

Betting Odds Information

The betting odds displayed on our platform are sourced from third-party providers and bookmakers. This information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated at the time of viewing. Odds can change rapidly and without notice.

FIGHTS.IO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ODDS INFORMATION DISPLAYED. Always verify odds directly with licensed and regulated bookmakers before making any betting decisions. Discrepancies between odds displayed on our platform and actual bookmaker odds are possible and expected.

No Financial, Betting, or Professional Advice

NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, BETTING ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR A RECOMMENDATION TO PLACE ANY WAGER. All predictions, analysis, AI outputs, odds information, and community picks are presented solely for entertainment and informational purposes. You are solely and entirely responsible for any gambling, betting, or financial decisions you make, whether or not such decisions were informed by content viewed on our platform. FIGHTS.IO shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of external gambling services.

04 Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Links

FIGHTS.IO may contain links to third-party websites, including licensed bookmakers, betting exchanges, and prediction markets. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning FIGHTS.IO may earn a commission or referral fee if you click on the link and/or register, deposit, or transact on the third-party platform.

The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by FIGHTS.IO. We do not control, operate, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, their content, their terms of service, or their handling of your data or funds.

• You access third-party websites entirely at your own risk
• FIGHTS.IO is not responsible for any losses, disputes, or issues arising from your use of third-party services
• You should independently verify that any bookmaker or gambling service is licensed and regulated in your jurisdiction before use
• Affiliate relationships do not influence the odds, predictions, or analysis displayed on our platform

05 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use FIGHTS.IO. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FIGHTS.IO, including viewing betting odds information and accessing third-party bookmaker links, complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. FIGHTS.IO makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under the applicable minimum age, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

06 User Accounts

When creating an account, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you will maintain and promptly update such information
• You will maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and will not share your login details with any third party
• You will immediately notify FIGHTS.IO of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• You will create and maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, statistics, or any other feature is strictly prohibited
• FIGHTS.IO reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or disable usernames at our discretion, including for inactivity, trademark infringement, or impersonation

07 User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, bully, threaten, abuse, stalk, defame, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, rankings, statistics, or prediction records through fraudulent means including but not limited to multiple accounts, coordinated manipulation, or exploitation of bugs
• Use automated systems, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools, or any other automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access restrictions, rate limits, or technological protection measures of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein
• Collect or store personal information about other users without their explicit consent

FIGHTS.IO reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including without limitation reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

Community standards — zero tolerance

FIGHTS.IO has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech and slurs, sexual content, content that attacks a person on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability, impersonation, spam and scams — whether it appears in a pick's analysis, a username, a display name, a profile bio or a profile photo.

To keep the community safe:

• We automatically filter written analysis, usernames and display names for prohibited words before they can be posted.
• You can report any pick, profile or profile photo from inside the app using the report option, or by emailing support@fights.io.
• You can block any user. Blocking removes their content from your feed and stops them following you, reacting to your picks or interacting with you through the platform.
• We review every report promptly and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where warranted, suspending or permanently banning the account responsible.

We may remove content, restrict features or terminate accounts at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations result in a permanent ban.

08 User Content & License

You retain ownership of original content you create on the platform, including your fight predictions, reasoning text, comments, and reactions ("User Content"). However, by posting, submitting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant FIGHTS.IO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post your User Content and to grant the license described above. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including content that we determine violates these Terms, is objectionable, or could expose FIGHTS.IO to liability.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to FIGHTS.IO regarding the Service shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and FIGHTS.IO shall be free to use such information without any obligation to you.

09 AI Predictions Disclaimer

Our platform features predictions generated by various third-party artificial intelligence models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI predictions are generated algorithmically and are provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes — they are NOT betting advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind
• AI predictions carry no guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or any particular outcome — past AI performance does not predict future results
• FIGHTS.IO does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the output of any AI model
• AI models may produce biased, inaccurate, incomplete, or contradictory predictions
• You must not rely on AI predictions as the basis for any gambling, betting, financial, or other consequential decision

FIGHTS.IO SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED PREDICTIONS.

10 Third-Party Data & Services

Our platform integrates data from third-party sources including, but not limited to:

• Fight event information, fighter records, and statistics from sports data providers
• Betting odds from multiple bookmakers aggregated via third-party APIs and data services
• AI predictions from third-party AI model providers
• Authentication services (including Apple, Google and X sign-in)
• Analytics and performance monitoring services

FIGHTS.IO is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, completeness, legality, or quality of any third-party data or services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review independently.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or change third-party data sources and integrations at any time without notice.

11 Intellectual Property

The FIGHTS.IO name, logo, visual design, brand identity, source code, algorithms, user interface, and all original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of FIGHTS.IO and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without express prior written permission from FIGHTS.IO, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their display does not grant any license or right to use them.

12 Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• We collect account information (email, username, display name), user-generated content (predictions, reasoning, reactions), usage analytics, and device/browser information
• We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may process certain device and interaction data
• We use cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, and session management
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

13 Responsible Gambling

While FIGHTS.IO is not a gambling platform, we recognize that our Service displays betting odds and provides links to third-party bookmakers. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling awareness.

If you choose to gamble through third-party services accessed via our platform, please be aware of the following:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
• Set time and money limits before you start gambling and stick to them

14 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIGHTS.IO, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FIGHTS.IO SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY FOR: (A) ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM GAMBLING, BETTING, OR WAGERING DECISIONS YOU MAKE, WHETHER OR NOT INFORMED BY CONTENT ON OUR PLATFORM; (B) ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY BOOKMAKERS, BETTING EXCHANGES, OR OTHER SERVICES ACCESSED THROUGH LINKS ON OUR PLATFORM; (C) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ODDS, PREDICTIONS, STATISTICS, OR DATA DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE; (D) ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FIGHTS.IO FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIGHTS.IO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD $100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. FIGHTS.IO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FIGHTS.IO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; (D) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Any reliance upon the Service, its content, odds, predictions, or data is at your sole risk.

16 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FIGHTS.IO, its operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your User Content or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any gambling, betting, or financial activity you undertake on third-party platforms accessed via our Service
• Any dispute between you and any third party relating to the Service

17 Assumption of Risk

By using FIGHTS.IO, you expressly acknowledge and assume the following risks:

• Combat sports content may depict or reference violence and physical injury — you access such content voluntarily
• Fight outcomes are inherently unpredictable — no prediction method, whether human, AI, or statistical, can guarantee accuracy
• Betting odds fluctuate constantly — displayed odds may not reflect current market conditions
• Third-party services linked from our platform operate independently — their reliability, security, and conduct are beyond our control
• Internet-based services are subject to interruptions, delays, and security vulnerabilities

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service and agree that FIGHTS.IO shall not be liable for any harm arising from risks inherent to the nature of the Service.

18 Account Termination

FIGHTS.IO may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable policies
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Conduct that is harmful, threatening, or disruptive to other users or the platform
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

19 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You and FIGHTS.IO agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. You agree to contact us at support@fights.io and provide a written description of the Dispute, including all relevant documents and information, and the relief you are seeking.

If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may initiate binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the appropriate arbitration body in the jurisdiction specified in the Governing Law section.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL PREVENT EITHER PARTY FROM SEEKING INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO PREVENT IRREPARABLE HARM.

20 Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND FIGHTS.IO EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and FIGHTS.IO each waive any right to a jury trial. You also agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

21 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on the Service, updating the "Last Updated" date, and/or sending notification via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

22 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

23 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by FIGHTS.IO on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and FIGHTS.IO regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

24 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of FIGHTS.IO. FIGHTS.IO may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notice to you. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

25 Force Majeure

FIGHTS.IO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event.

26 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
